Kevin is the owner and sole blacksmith for Deadman Creek Forge.

The business was created when he was 62 years young and started as a life long dream hobby. But it didn't take long for his friends and family to realise his nature of attention to detail and fine hand skills. With a background in mechanical engineering had led to beautiful, hardy functioning knifes being produced weekly.

Encouraged , Kevin turned attention to crafting uniquely Australian knife designs from uniquely Australian timber scales , made available for others to enjoy.

The Forge is established on the banks of Deadman Creek on the outer South Western skirt of Sydney, completely surrounded by natural bush settings with abundant natural wildlife on the property as the perfect location for crafting local Australian products.

Kevin also hand makes the beautiful leather sheaths to match his knives. The addition of flint strikers in matching timber grain, tops of the function and aesthetics of his creations.
